With the development of economic globalization, our country makes the great of achievement in the world, and the total supply and demand is increasing constantly. A lot of new economic shapes and industry's classifications have appeared. Modern service trade becomes the important source with continued fast developing economy day by day. The proportion of the output and employment of the modern service trade in the whole economy rises continuously. It has obtained the dominant position gradually and become the important index of weighing the international competitiveness of a country. The exhibition economy is the typical representatives of the new industry's economy. It is a new kind of economic shapes. From the sample fair of Leipzig of Germany of 1894 to today's international trade exhibition activity, the modern exhibition economy has already passed by more than 100 years. The exhibition economy can obtain the economic benefits and social effects at the same time and receive the extensive attention of countries all over the world.The exhibition economy is the important component of the modern service trade. The exhibition economy has brought trade, material, people, funds, and information continually through holding the large-scale meeting and exhibition activity. It promotes the development of business and tourist industry directly, creates the business opportunity constantly, and absorbs investment, thus it spurs the development of other industries.In the exhibition economy, the theory is as important as practice. But research of the domestic and international exhibition economy is actually that all practice was prior to the theory. The exhibition economy is still in relatively low-level, and the characteristic of exhibition economy ' s increases is very obvious. A lot of problem that exhibition economy exists in the actual evolution could be seeking answer further theoretically.The exhibition economies of the present developed countries and regions are the market behavior, and mainly depend on the regulation of the market mechanism. But some differences exist in exhibition economic development and management mode of different countries and regions. The exhibition economy can be divided into different modes according to different standards. We analyze different development models and find out the real exhibition economy mode which accords with the reality of development of our country, then propose policy and suggestion of economic exhibition development.
