There appeared many groups of Shanxi, Huizhou, Shanxi, Dongting, Jiangyou , Guangdong, Fujian, Ningbo merchants Gradually, in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Those merchants groups are the new factors of Chinese economic development and represent the level of development business and the market at that time. Shanxi merchants and Huizhou merchants are the more representative among those groups. Although Shanxi merchants and Huizhou merchants have commons in developing process and nature, they have their own characteristics in Management mechanisms, especially the business system. Those differences in business system attribute to the geographical culture and relations in the clan. The compared research of business system between Jin merchants and Huizhou merchants can understand the business organization and business management profoundly, and can learn the experience of business operation and management for the modern enterprise. In a word, this Subject has strong theoretical and practical value.This article focus on theme of business system used by Jin Merchants and Huizhou Merchants. Firstly, the article discusses Business organizational structure in terms of the structure of management, the division of labors, and the principle of organization in the example of pawn merchants. Then it discusses the model of Business' organization from the evolution of Capital organization. In the meantime, it study the methods of Business organization and management used by Jin merchant and Huizhou merchants.Finally, the article study the differences in business management system of Jin Merchants and Huizhou Merchants from the points of the financial management, information management, logistics management and Marketing Management. And it concludes that Jin merchants have more complicated financial management system than Huizhou Merchants; both of Jin merchants and Huizhou Merchants regard business information as important. They have characteristic measures and passwords to protect the information to transmit completely and security. Jin Merchants and Huizhou merchants manage the products' logistics such as stocking, packaging, transportation based on product characteristics and the target market. They have same way for Marketing Management.This article analyses business organization and management of Jin Merchants and Huizhou Merchants by the integral methods of economics, management, history, sociology and other disciplines.In the process of analysis, the article uses many historical materials, and studies business organization, financial management, information management, logistics management and Marketing Management one by one. At last it concludes Jin Merchants and Huizhou Merchants's basic characteristics and differences in order to get inspiration and reference for modern enterprises' business system.
