In Western countries,with the transition of the management model to a service-oriented government, tax authorities's consciousness of tax collection management has changed, recognizing the importance of the taxes service. As a result of so many years of practice, various countries have basically formed the complete system of tax services.The taxes service in our country has gradually carried out with the establishment of the new collection and management model,which with tax declaration and optimization services for the foundation,and computer networks as the basis, centralized collection , major check. Especially since the new "Tax Administration Law" and its implementation has promulgated ,National taxation bureau of Zaozhuang in the form of tax services, means the area has been improved. Tax authorities at various levels in the Tax Service has accumulated a large number of effective means,and played a positive role in Tax Management. But there are also many problems in tax service ,which were cause by many reasons. The tax officers on the subjective and the problems of the system, mechanism may be the reason for that , and also did the impact of traditional and challenge of modern social development.The new era,the new tasks have set new opportunities and challenges for the tax work, how does the National taxation bureau of Zaozhuang to adhere to advance with the times, blaze new trails, seize new opportunities, meet new challenges, and optimize the tax services, and better service for a harmonious society and become Current tax departments face a major task. To this end, the author acoording to requirements of the development of the situation, learn from the success of tax services practice at home and abroad, combine with the status quo of the National taxation bureau of Zaozhuang 's tax service, treat of how to optimize the tax service of the National taxation bureau of Zaozhuang, Hope that can help China's reform of the tax collection and management and construnction of harmonious society.
