In this paper, real estate economics, marketing, urban planning theory are used to analyze Chongqing City residential real estate market conditions. The paper establishes the knowledge system integrating the the real estate marketing and architectural design to analyze residential real estate market selling point needs in Chongqing City from the academic perspective. It enriches the research and developments the real estate product design, marketing and promotion, so it has something to learn.The research activity shows accurately the current real estate market in Chongqing on the supply side attraction offered by the purchase of housing and demand-side concerns (selling point). Then both the affinity and differences are identified though the comprehensive comparative analysis.
