Moral hazard means the one that the opportunistic conducts of agents have brought to the principals in principal-agent theory, in which the gains of principals would possibly be damaged. In this thesis, the moral hazard refers to the one that the funds management corporations as agents have brought to the country as the principal because of the conflict of object functions between them. Through the analysis of the difference of the moral hazards of different countries, we could separate the lots of the beings of the moral hazard to construct efficient contract to balance the income of agent and principal.This thesis researched basically on the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis. This thesis can divide into six parts:The first chapter draws an introduction why dose me select this subject and introduce me some useful information.The second chapter is mainly on the statement of what the situation of the social security funds runs.The third chapter give us an description of the moral hazard ,including: founding,dangers,sorts and so on.The fourth chapter will construct a model based on the agent–principal theory to analysis the balance of the two. The fifth chapter will construct an mark system to calculate the moral hazard in the social fund management..The sixth chapter produce some advice to reduce the risks of the moral hazards in the social security funds investments.This thesis invented to give us an efficient way or rules to limit the risk of moral hazards in the social security fund investment.
